Scaling removes the hard tartar which forms on your teeth like scale inside a kettle (which can't be removed by brushing). It removes trapped food and plaque containing germs, preventing tooth decay and gum disease, while polishing away stains from coffee, tea, or smoking.
The act of smoothing the tooth surface using a small motorized rubber prophy cup along with an abrasive compound. This makes it difficult for plaque to accumulate on the tooth surface area.
Composite or white fillings. The dentist cleans the decay, applies a bonding material, and places composite resin in thin layers hardened by a special light, shaping it to look and feel completely natural.

Tooth whitening is a bleaching process that lightens stains in the enamel and dentine of your teeth to give a brighter tooth colour. Fissure sealants are protective plastic coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of teeth at risk of decay (usually deep fissures and pits of back molars). The process is entirely pain-free, involving only cleaning and a special coating solution — no injections or drilling required.

Crowns are tooth-shaped caps made of porcelain, ceramic, zirconia, or gold that fit over heavily filled or weak teeth. They protect teeth from breaking under bite pressure or sensitivity from hidden cracks, while also cosmetically improving their appearance.
A bridge is a long-term, attractive solution to fill a missing gap using an artificial tooth supported by the natural teeth on either side. A mould is taken and sent to a dental technician to craft the bridge using porcelain (for looks) and a metal or gold core (for strength).
It is a procedure to save teeth where the internal dental pulp (nerves and blood vessels) has become diseased or died due to decay, trauma, or infection. Instead of extraction, root canal treatment removes the infection. Since treated teeth become weaker, a crown is highly recommended afterward for added protection.
Wisdom teeth only need removal if they cause problems, such as decay, gum disease, recurring infections (Pericoronitis), or damage/crowding to neighboring teeth. Straightforward removals are done in our surgery clinic, while highly complex cases may be referred to an oral surgeon after a panoramic x-ray assessment.
